Currently the public counsel can represent the public in all proceedings before the PSC.

SB 532 Sponsor:Riddle, Jeanie Status: S Judiciary Description: Include Callaway County's circuit court in a law allowing appointment of a circuit court marshal. Technically, allow appointment in any circuit that has a Mental Health Department facility that has non-guilty by reason of mental disease criminal patients and provides sex offender treatment.
