Shedding light on shadowy accusations

Intro: In light of recent scandals involving the Blunt administration, the Missouri Democratic Party created a video game to shed light on deleting governmental emails.

Beth Ford has more from Jefferson City.

OutCue: SOC Blunt Document Destroyer players can stop the governor in his tracks as he deletes emails by illuminating a caricature of Blunt in the act. Democratic Party Leader Jack Cardetti said the game continues to receive thousands of hits, while Republican spokesman Paul Sloca said the game is a waste of time.

Description: "While Democrats prefer to spend their time and donor resources on frivolous pursuits in a make-believe world, Governor Blunt and Republicans are focused on real world concerns."

Intro: A new video game featuring the Missouri governor hit the web this week, and allows players to shed some light on controversies shadowing the Blunt administration.

The name of the game is to prevent the governor from deleting emails, as Matt Blunt's likeness jumps up and down onscreen. Players must catch Blunt quickly, before any emails are lost. 

Blunt Document Destroyer pokes fun at the scandal involving former governor office attorney Scott Eckersley.

Democratic Party leader Jack Cardetti said the game is an outlet for all Missourians, not only Democrats.
