The 66th edition of the manual was released at a ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda.
This book is no small book as it boosts over 1500 pages.

Secretary of State Robin Carnahan revealed the 66th edition of the Blue Book.
The book has over 1550 pages and is one of the largest editions ever published.
But Carnahan says putting the information exclusively online is prohibited because of a state statute which requires the publication.

| Description: "You know we do have an online version as well. Right now it's in the statutes and it's required that we print 40,000 of these and so we print them and I'll tell you Missourians love them." |
This year the book is more environmentally friendly as Walsworth Publishing used recycled paper and soy ink.
Dr. Gordon Lamb, interim president of the University of Missouri system, spoke about this book's dedication- the spirit of Missouri innovation.
