Intro: The Supreme Court heard arguments on an anti-abortion law. Hillari Duthoo (DOO-thoh) has more from the state Capitol. 
 In a statement that would be troubling for the law's opponents, Missouri's Supreme Court chief justice the law did not appear to impede on any first amendment rights, specifically free speech. 
 The allows parents to sue those who help their children get abortions in other states. 
 Peter Brownlie is the president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri.  He argues that the law creates an undue burden on minors by requiring them to get court orders in, say, Kansas and Missouri before they can have an abortion without parental consent. 
   
 Plaintiffs argue that a trusted adult or lawyer shouldn't be restricted from giving counsel or even information to a young girl about her rights in Missouri or any other state.
