State representatives prepare to debate a bill to make a two ton, duck - billed herbivore Missouri's official state dinosaur.

Local archeologists excavated a set of Hadrosaurus bones from Marble Hill, Missouri, several years ago -- the only dinosaur bones ever found in the state.

Representative Jason Crowell -- one of the bill's sponsors -- says he was surprised by how many Missouri kids support the legislation.
