An Austrian based web site that sells votes includes Missouri voters. Michelle Wirth has more from Jefferson City.

vote-auction.com bids for votes nationally and sells them to the highest bidder.

Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon says this is illegal.

Contents: These are elections, not auctions. Regardless of the source of this if an Internet site is auctioning votes and using those votes that's fraud and we'll bust them.

Around 600 Missouri residents are registered to sell their votes on the site.

The site currently has a temporary restraining order placed against it by Illinois.
